Back at Uni, I happened to be in a music phase so ended up getting together with friends and starting a band. We weren’t anything massively creative, but we did enjoy performing covers of our favourite songs at Open Mic nights. We started as a foursome, two musicians, two singers. Then we were three. And then there were but two.

My friend had a load of songs he’d written and wanted lyrics for, and I managed to write a few. Hurt Me So is the only single we sold and made a video for, though there are a couple more on a hard drive somewhere.
